Dot5 Hosting was founded in year 2002 and were acquired by the mighty Endurance International Group (EIG) some years ago. Dot 5 was one of the reputable budget hosting back in its golden days. The hosting company was chosen as the “Best Budget Web Host” in a number of hosting review sites including Hosting-Review.com and Top-10-Web-Hosting.

My Experience With Dot 5 Hosting

The customer support was literallystyle="line-height: 1.5em;"> non-existent and the hosting servers were having long and frequent downtime.  I left and I stopped tracking Dot 5 Hosting since then. To be honest, I am not sure if this web host is good or bad today. The star rating in this review is based on my experience 5/6 years ago. From outside, Dot 5 Hosting price seems attractive; but does it provide good hosting service like its sister company, title="iPage Review" href="http://www.webhostingsecretrevealed.net/hosting-review/ipage/">iPage, or title="WebHostingHub Review" href="http://www.webhostingsecretrevealed.net/hosting-review/webhostinghub/">WebHostingHub?
